Unlike "used" computers that are sold without an inspection, certification, or warranty; "refurbished" computers have been inspected, cleaned, tested, upgraded to your specifications, and are backed with a warranty. Optimal Computer Solutions being a Microsoft Third Party Refurbisher (Microsoft Registered Refurbisher), each of our computers is loaded with a genuine copy of Microsoft Windows. In addition to this, our computers are corporate-grade, which are made more durable to withstand heavier physical handling and outlast any consumer-grade laptops sold at major retail stores.

Procurement

All our computers and peripheral equipment are purchased from reputable suppliers with the majority of them having come off corporate leases. As a result, they are still in grade A cosmetic and working condition.

Cleaning

Each computer is thoroughly cleaned in order to remove dust or buildup in the computer.

Test & Audit

Each computer is visually inspected for defect followed by a software inspection of all components.

Repair & Upgrade

Any faults found in the test & audit process are repaired. In addition to this, hardware is upgraded to the customer's order specifications.

Software

Computers are uploaded with a genuine copy of Microsoft Windows along with any requested custom imaging to be replicated onto all hard drives.

Final Cleaning & Packaging

All computers get a final cleaning and are then safely packaged with protective materials making them ready for shipment to the customer.

Repair & Upgrade

Any faults found in the test & audit process are repaired. In addition to this, hardware is upgraded to the customer's order specifications.

wARRANTY

All computers recertified by Optimal Computer Solutions come with a standard 60-day warranty. We also offer an optional extended 1-year to 3-year warranty that can be purchased at the time of sale.

If you experience any issues with your computer during your warranty period, please contact your account manager. They will have one of our technicians troubleshoot and try to fix the problem. In the event the issue cannot be resolved, we will start the process of a simple return and replacement.
